Refunds
InfozySMS is committed to fair treatment of all users. We will reimburse payments in genuine cases. However, any attempt to misuse or manipulate our refund process will be considered fraud and may lead to legal action.
Refund requests must be made within six months of the purchase date. We cannot process refund claims after this period under any circumstances.
Please note that simply not using your InfozySMS services for a long time does not automatically qualify you for a refund.
Account Closure
You have the right to close your account at any time. Closing your account means you will no longer be able to access or use services with your current login credentials.
It is your responsibility to initiate the account closure process. If you decide to close your account without using the purchased services, no refunds will be provided for any unused credits or time remaining.
InfozySMS reserves the right to suspend or close any account without notice if we detect significant violations of our Terms and Conditions or any illegal use of our platform.
InfozySMS will not be liable for any damages or losses you may suffer as a result of account suspension, closure, or any other action taken due to your own conduct.
Guarantee and Limited Liability
We strive to deliver high-quality services and make our platform accessible and reliable. However, please understand that no system can guarantee 100% uptime, security, or error-free performance—especially in long-distance data transmission.
While we work hard to ensure our products are compatible with commonly used software, InfozySMS does not guarantee that our services will meet every user’s specific requirements. You are solely responsible for selecting and using software that fits your needs, and you accept any risks associated with this choice.
InfozySMS is not responsible for:
- Content you or other users add, share, or distribute through our platform.
- Unlawful or inappropriate actions by users of our services.
- Service interruptions or accessibility issues not directly caused by us.
- Any loss or damage resulting from suspension, termination, or misuse of your account.
- Losses caused by unauthorized third parties using your account credentials.
- Direct or indirect consequences of using or being unable to use our services—including data loss, business interruption, lost profits, computer malfunctions, or harm to your company’s reputation.
- Failures or delays in obligations undertaken by other users, even if such commitments were made through our platform.
- Damages resulting from phishing attempts, bots, or other cyberattacks launched by third parties.
